Services Offered
Neuromuscular Therapy
NMT is a manual therapy using moderate to heavy pressure. Trigger points or other adhesions in the muscles are sought out and released, restoring blood flow to the restricted area. Decrease of pain and improved mobility are usually noticed immediately but a few more visits may be necessary to make a more permanent change.
Craniosacral Therapy

CST is a gentle hands-on method of touch designed to provide pain relief for many conditions, including TMJ dysfunction, migraines, neck pain and lower back pain. Different hand positions are used as I evaluate and treat. Intraoral mouth massage is sometimes indicated.
Intraoral Massage
Intraoral massage is very effective for TMJ dysfunction, headaches, jaw pain and jaw tension. I wear latex free gloves and work inside the mouth gently releasing tight muscles and fascia. Most clients find this work very relaxing. I also incorporate craniosacral therapy as well which includes work with the spenoid bone and the suprahyoid muscles.
Sports Massage
These massages vary, depending on the sport and the reason for the massage. Some sports and intense exercise programs can contribute to tight, restrictive muscles and fascia. Drinking a lot of water and stretching help with flexibility of the muscles and fascia but regular massage therapy can penetrate into the muscle fibers which can make a huge difference in performance. Athletes, professional or weekend, can benefit from the restorative properties of regular massage.
Primal Reflex Release Technique
PRRT is based on the premise the body's reflexes can become overstimulated in an effort to keep us safe. These techniques release the reflex, relieving pain and restoring mobility. I may use these techniques before or after the massage.
Reflexology
Feet, Feet, Feet! There are points on the feet that correspond to organs or systems of the body via the nerves and fascia. Reflexology can reduce localized stress and help the body achieve a deep state of relaxation.
